Dear Noortje, We are pleased to read that you still appreciate our convenient location. However, we are truly sorry to learn that, as returning guests, you felt disappointed by your most recent stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the various issues you encountered in your room. Your feedback has been shared with our Management, Housekeeping Manager and Technical Manager so that the necessary checks and corrective actions can be carried out. Regarding the missing toilet brush, this is a deliberate choice made for hygiene reasons and to ensure the best possible working conditions for our housekeeping teams. Your suggestions regarding the variety of cheeses, cold cuts and bread selection have been shared with our Food & Beverage Manager for review.
