Dear Hyungjin, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at SO/ Paris. Once again, I would like to sincerely apologize for your experience. I am truly sorry that our standards did not fully meet your expectations and that your stay fell short of what you had anticipated. Please be assured that we take guest safety and privacy very seriously, and we regret the discomfort you felt during your stay. This is why I personally tried to reach you while you were still with us, to discuss your concerns and explain our policies directly. Our standards and procedures have been clearly communicated to you: verbally by our Housekeeping Manager and myself. No breach of security or privacy has been identified, as the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room was not active. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we remain committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all our guests. 숙소가 파리 치고 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요 위치는 약간 아쉽지만 지하철이 가까이 있어서 괜찮아요.

파리 시내에 한적한 센 강뷰가 좋았던 호텔입니다. 베딩도 좋아서 푹 쉴 수 있었고, 무엇보다 조식먹으면서 봤던 뷰는 정말 최고였어요. 또한 직원들의 친절한 서비스에 다시 가고싶은 호텔이었습니다.
