I am truly delighted to read that you found the hotel clean, comfortable, cozy, and ideally located, and that you felt it is a place you would gladly return to when visiting Paris. At the same time, I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the shower drainage and the toilet flow. I am truly sorry that our standards did not fully meet your expectations and that your stay fell short of what you had anticipated. Please be assured that we take guest safety and privacy very seriously, and we regret the discomfort you felt during your stay. Our standards and procedures have been clearly communicated to you: verbally by our Housekeeping Manager and myself. No breach of security or privacy has been identified, as the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room was not active.
