트렌디하면서도 럭셔리한 인테리어, 친절한 직원들로 투숙기간 동안 아주 편안하게 지냈어요! 특히 컨시어지 서비스로 원했던 식당 예약도 알아봐주시고 식당에 빙문까지 성공했답니다! 다음 파리 여행에도 역시나 SO/PARIS를 선택할 것 같아요. 매우 만족합니다.

Once again, I would like to sincerely apologize for your experience. I am truly sorry that our standards did not fully meet your expectations and that your stay fell short of what you had anticipated. Please be assured that we take guest safety and privacy very seriously, and we regret the discomfort you felt during your stay. This is why I personally tried to reach you while you were still with us, to discuss your concerns and explain our policies directly. Our standards and procedures have been clearly communicated to you: verbally by our Housekeeping Manager and myself. No breach of security or privacy has been identified, as the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room was not active. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we remain committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all our guests. 숙소가 파리 치고 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요 위치는 약간 아쉽지만 지하철이 가까이 있어서 괜찮아요.
