That is why we do offer breakfast boxes to take away for guests who need to leave before breakfast service begins. These can be requested from reception the day before. Dear Se Young, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. Regarding the location, we are somewhat surprised by your comment. Our hotel is located in the heart of Paris, with many public transport options nearby, allowing our guests to easily reach the city's main attractions, and many places can also be reached by foot. The area around the hotel is also relatively quiet. While we understand that the neighbourhood may not have met your expectations, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the surrounding area. In terms of security, the hotel is equipped with CCTV, secure access, 24/24H staff presence and security personnel. Regarding your arrival, after checking your stay, you completed your check-in after 3PM, in accordance with our official check-in time. This information is indicated when booking. If guests arrive before this time, they may indeed have to wait a little until their room is ready. We are nevertheless sorry if the management of the queue did not meet your expectations. This last point has been shared to our Front Office Manager. We are sincerely sorry to learn about the issue with your toilet and, in particular, the noise caused by the water leak. Our reception team is available 24/24H and should be informed immediately in this type of situation so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible, whether through a repair or, subject to availability, a room change. Regarding the water bottles, bottles of water are indeed provided in the rooms, and additional bottles can be requested from reception. Tap water is also safe to drink. As for the cups, we currently provide cardboard cups while we work towards finding a more sustainable and hygienic alternative.
