Dear DH, We thank you for taking of your time to answer our satisfaction survey, following your recent stay with us. Regarding room size, this is clearly indicated at the time of booking. Our rooms, measuring approximately 17m², focus on the essentials: optimized space and comfort. All our rooms are about the same size regardless of their category. If you do chose a Privilège room, you will have all the elements included in a Supérieur room and in addition : coffee machine, minibar included, bathrobes, slippers etc. Regarding our breakfast buffet, we have noted your suggestion to add salmon, if you have more suggestions to share please do so by answering this mail. Concerning your arrival an the lack of warmth upon check-in, this has been share to our Reception Manager who will take this matter seriously.
