We have had a very sub-par experience with this hotel so far. Compared to other Accor hotels that we have been to, experience here was the worst. (1) Check-in experience was poor. FO associate told us our room will take some time to be ready. We were ok with that and told her that we will have lunch at the restaurant meanwhile. Ideally they should have given the keys during our lunch for a smooth experience (considering that all check in formalities were done). Instead, we had to wait again for quite a lot of time at the reception. People behind us in the queue were given priority over us. Furthermore, they didn't brief us on breakfast timings, wifi or any of the amenities in the hotel. No baggage assistance was provided to us, despite it being supposed to be provided. Also, keys didn't work when we reached the room and we had to go back to the reception for it. (2) Restaurant buffet is a bit over-priced. But our major concern is the service. Despite being virtually empty, the staff was not at all proactive. Sometimes we had to pick up the plate from our table ourselves and hand it over to the staff for clearance. They didn't bother asking us for anything (water, breads, etc.) instead we had to approach them at the counter for the breads, and had to take glass from next (empty) table ourselves. (3) Room is extremely small. We opted for a room with balcony and paid extra for it. Big mistake. The door to the balcony makes an awful crackling noise every time we open it. At the balcony, the construction noise from nearby is so high/unnerving that we weren't able to sit even for 5 minutes. Overall a very poor experience so far.

We upgraded the guest to a suite despite being fully booked. The staff's professionalism and expertise were exemplary, and the hotel enjoys a prime location within GIFT City. Furthermore, as a new property, the interior and amenities are exceptionally modern.

It’s a nice place hotel. All the hotel staff are helpful. I will try to visit again. I will specially thanks to Amit for his support and nice behaviour. I enjoyed the hotel, restaurant and swimming pool. The swimming pool is so cold but it’s so clean.

The hotel is very well located in GIFT city. It is nice and has good food options. Although Gift city is a little far away from Ahmedabad, connectivity with Metro is good. Mr Harvijay Singh from the hotel transfer is especially good. He is very friendly and considerate of the customer's concern regarding any transfer issue. He is a true gem of a person.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, I was given one with active construction right outside - complete with cranes and JCBs operating throughout the night! The noise made it impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, there seems to be very poor communication between reception and catering staff. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
