Wonderful stay in excellent location

During a business meeting in Jakarta my university hosts assigned me to this hotel - and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Some distance from the airport and located in the new business district, this hotel sparkles with elegant design and utterly professional standards at all levels. The welcome was warm and very informative. The room spotless, functional and extremely well equipped. Standards of hygiene were exceptionally high and elevator access was quite swift. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh cooked Indonesian dishes as well as an omelette bar and a selection of waffles. More fresh fruit would be welcome however. The general ambience was lovely and there is a great swimming pool and access to a tropical garden. The hotel is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. Thoroughly restful stay and made all the better by a highly professional staff team. Highly recommended!

4* with Excellent Location in BSD City

The location is excellent as it is within new development area with pedestrian infrastructure, next to Aeon Mall and walking distance to The Breeze. The hotel is relatively new with contemporary design. As the hotel is located within new development area, there are major high rise development which could be an issue for light sleeper. Thank you to Ikhsan for supporting our meeting and accomodating us with ad-hoc request.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with a minimalist concept but needs to be equipped with a work desk in the room. Very close to Aeon mall and BSD business center. Thank you to Miss Gaby for her friendly and prompt service in booking the room.

Best room and service. Simply one of the best hotel experience I've ever had. There might be improvements needed in some, but mostly really good. The staves really know how to do their job properly. Keep up the good job and always prioritize the customers needs

Stayed a week here in Mercure BSD City. Lovely experience most importantly best customer experience. Hats off to Pak Setiawan, Director of Sales and his team for the continuous efforts to make my program and stay memorable. I organized a 5days training program at Room 3-4. The banquet team helped a lot ensuring the room is always ready everyday. Thanks Pak Fernando Head of Banquet team stay back till late night assisting to clean up, preparing the table and setting all the equipment make sure all in good condition before I start my program collaborating with BMW Indonesia. What I value most is the team relentlessly making my the stay feels like home. From the reception, concierge, the restaurant and everyone always provide help and never tired in greetings and most importantly always smile when talking to me and the participants. I feel very much appreciated. Not to forget the room is quite sizeable and clean. Comfy bed! Thanks for the service experience. Lovely.
