Stayed a week here in Mercure BSD City. Lovely experience most importantly best customer experience. Hats off to Pak Setiawan, Director of Sales and his team for the continuous efforts to make my program and stay memorable. I organized a 5days training program at Room 3-4. The banquet team helped a lot ensuring the room is always ready everyday. Thanks Pak Fernando Head of Banquet team stay back till late night assisting to clean up, preparing the table and setting all the equipment make sure all in good condition before I start my program collaborating with BMW Indonesia. What I value most is the team relentlessly making my the stay feels like home. From the reception, concierge, the restaurant and everyone always provide help and never tired in greetings and most importantly always smile when talking to me and the participants. I feel very much appreciated. Not to forget the room is quite sizeable and clean. Comfy bed! Thanks for the service experience. Lovely.

Most hospitable business meeting and hotel stay

Amazing hospitality from a great team. Our client orgnanized a 5 day meeting session and the facilities & experience was a delightful stay with the ever attentive and proactive service from all staff levels. Do not miss the opportunity to get some local reference from their Director of Sales Pak Setiwan who was generous of places to visit and eat at night.

i was very satisfied for staying in Mercure BSD compare with other 4stars hotel in Tangerang. They served really warm hospitality especially Ms. Raj. I was asked for Birthday decoration on that day, and she explained very detail and also i got a wonderful cutie blueberry cheese cake! She offered me a membership also (because it's the benefit for having a little decoration). Not only offered me, she explained the benefit of the membership so i could use it again in another Accor's property. Checked-in by a guy in the evening shift and he was very attentive, giving me a fast check-in also because i was very tired on that night. Thanks all of the great reception!

Kud Friendly Hotel

Mercure BSD is a very Kid Friendly Hotel. The facility for kids is top notch. The breakfast is good. Bathroom is so spacious. Everything is good, my family loves stay in! The swimming pool is spacious. Many games for kids. The bed is spacious also. I love the sofa, and they have baby crib.

Amazing stay!

Nice room, not too cramped for 3 adults + 1 baby. Bathroom is also a nice sized one. Comfy bed and clean space, but for those travelling with babies or kids, make sure to get a non-smoking room one because the smell and residue of smoke could be an issue for younger kids. We had a blast at breakfast, the restaurant vibe was bright and cute with great selections of food and the food were tasty! Staffs are nice and helpful, always on the move to make sure we had great experience dining at the restaurant. It’s our second time here and for sure won’t be the last one! Thank you so much for the staffs and keep up the good work! 👍
