The Hotel is not a 5-star Hotel. This is more a 4-star Kindergarten hotel with an extreme noise especially in the pool area. It is not really possible to get a sun-chair when people coming to the pool 6.30 in the morning to reserve a sun chair for many people. We had reserved a superior guest room with river view, but there was also a significant noise level coming from the bar just below our room. In the room - it was good size but the sofa was so dirty and not cleaned for month probably. The service level was good, breakfast good but also very noisy. The location is very good, but compared to price this Hotel is failing completely. I understand it is school holidays but there is no room for other people. I’m very disappointed and will never use this hotel chain again.

We have just had another fabulous stay at Sofitel Noosa. We absolutely love to stay here and it is a highlight of our year to reward ourselves with a stay here. The staff are amazing and so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and light and airy. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable! The location on Hastings Street is right in the centre of the fabulous cafes, restaurants and beautiful stores. Not only that but it is a few minutes walk across the street from the beautiful Noosa Beach. The pool area is beautiful and has plenty of shade options with umbrellas for every sun lounge. The pool bar is a bonus so we can sip a delicious cocktail while still enjoying the water. Already looking to book for our stay next year!

From the moment you step into the hotel, you’ll be blown away. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they’re also polite. The room was amazing, and the one we stayed in had an ocean view. That made the whole experience even better. We also had a great view of the pool area, where we spent two days swimming, ordering cocktails and food from the sunken pool bar. And guess what? Having an EV was a huge plus. Charging was free while we were parked in the parking lot. Being a platinum Accor member was a bonus, but this place really impressed us as a family from the start.

Had a terrific stay at the Sofitel Noosa Resort. The staff were all great. A special shout out to Donna who works at the Noosa Beach House. Always smiling and so helpful. Also Jamaica and Fiona from Reception. Such a lovely welcome. Great location, food and service. Would highly recommend to everyone

The Sofitel at Noosa is excellent in every way, from the check in process to the check out at the end of your stay. The staff are excellent, and all go that extra mile to make your stay not only enjoyable but memorable. We really appreciated the little extras we had for being a Platinum Member of Accor particularly the champagne on arrival and the gift for my partners birthday. Our friends who own a property in Noosa joined us for a drink and were very impressed!!
