床单卫生不行

第一，我们办理入住的时候，在付押金时候就弄错了，做成扣款，虽然后面也是有再改回来，但是前台入住办理非常慢，体验感很差。第二，酒店房间打扫，我们的卫生间洗手台没有打扫，纸巾盒上面都是灰尘，台面上都是水，第三天连毛巾都是有一些湿的。第三，我们的行程是做17号退房，我们在16号的早上因为同行的人有人身体不舒服，需要提前回中国，酒店不让我们取消16号一晚的房费，相当于16号晚上，房间我们是退了，但是没有退款给我们，做了2次沟通，一次是在平台上，酒店不同意，另外一次是当面跟酒店前台及经理沟通，都说没办法，作为我们在全世界都住酒店的体验感来说，第一次遇到说我们提前一天说要退房都没办法。以后不可能再入住这个集团的房间。
