Every time we have our breakfast at Arts Café, there’s one F&B staff member named Gio who always greets us warmly. Everytime we returned to stay at Raffles again, Gio remembered our names and never forget to say "Welcome back”. He really shows what it means to serve from the heart, and that’s what makes every visit feel so special and his service exceptional! Thank you, Gio. We truly appreciate the hospitality :) Since this trip was a birthday trip, the butlers put some decorations in the room with balloons and surprising us with a cake. Thanks for Ragil, Egy, Dwiki, Valen, and Dieogo for preparing everything. The decor is so cute and color coordinated <3

The Raffles Hotel teams' warm hospitality, refined atmosphere, and attention to detail make this hotel truly exceptional. That is why I always come back. Some of my favorite spots: The Writers Bar, with its classic charm and impeccable cocktails, with the warmth of the TWB team; the Navina Pool Bar, a peaceful escape perfect for relaxing afternoons; and last but not least the Arts Café, which includes one of the finest patisseries in the city.
