The staffs are vey friendly and helpful, they really extended their services in arranging transport and booking of tickets for places of attraction in Jakarta. Breakfast with good spread of food. Will be the first choice if we visit Jakarta again.

Breakfast is recommended, variative The services are excellent , Pak sehat nya ramah pake banget. Room is comfortable. We got complimentary . Access is near to business hub. Cikini's railway station is near. Bubur ayam cikini is around the corner.

Among cluster of hotels, well lit and well staffed. Checked at midnight and there were smiling reception, clear guidance to get to the room and fair processes around credit card deposit. Safe and quiet rooms despite them josting a large conference. Respect the no disposable plastics in room unless requested, plenty of bottled water for free. Only gripe is the light system as the Master light switch isn't working as it should
