2개의 룸을 예약하고 갔지만 3시에 방 1개.이후 30분뒤 방이 준비되었다고 안내받았으나욕실 어메니티와 물.슬리퍼도 구비되어 있지않은 상태로 방이 준비되었다는 안내를받음. 이후 어메니티 요구에 응대가 되지않아 몇번의 요청끝에 받음.플랫등급인데 만족스럽지 못한 레이트 체크아웃시간.업그레이드 수용안된것에 실.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay, particularly regarding the delayed room readiness and the incomplete setup upon your arrival. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a room without proper amenities such as bathroom items, water, and slippers, and to have to follow up multiple times before your requests were fulfilled. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver. We also regret that your experience as a valued Accor Plus Platinum member did not meet expectations, especially in regard to the late check-out arrangement. In addition, please accept our sincere apologies that we were unable to provide a room upgrade during your stay due to the limited availability of upgraded room categories at the time. We truly understand how important this benefit is, and we are sorry for the disappointment caused.
