Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location and the direct access to Sunayan Mall. However, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room, as well as the lack of friendliness you felt from our team, particularly in the Gold Lounge and breakfast area. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, especially to our valued ALL Platinum members. We also appreciate your comments regarding the Wi-Fi speed and overall check-in and check-out experience. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams so we can take the necessary steps to improve. Thank you once again for your constructive comments.
