excellent location and view from the room. worth of staying in it as it is weel connected with metro as well as road connectivity. staff were very professional and friendly . would recommend it to everyone . have a mall in the below floors to shop

I was assigned a room on the 25th floor with an awesome view. The room is well-appointed, with very comfortable beddings. The whole check-in process was a breeze. Staff are welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon.

From the first day arrival, we have been served very well started from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and the various choices of breakfast. Thank you for making our family's holiday trip to Singapore wonderful, plus the hotel location makes it even perfect!

We had the most wonderful time at the Fairmont. Location is excellent, just in the middle of everything and also with very good bus and metro connections. Service was excellent from check in to check out. We got an upgrade to a harbor view and it was amazing. We booked a king superior in the South tower. Room is very comfortable, great bed and very clean! Housekeeping was on point every day and I am VERY picky. The layout of the shower is odd but the water pressure compensate it for me. Love the Nespresso machine and the water filter. We had breakfast at Prego and it was delicious in a very nice ambiance. Also had breakfast at the Asian Market and the service was a little off there. If you don't have the breakfast included, no worries, there are plenty of options at the mall (Raflles City) connected to the hotel. We enjoyed the Anti-dote bar and the Skai bar. Also had dinner at Mikuni, delicious! We will definitely recommend the hotel, it was totally worth it.
