Had an amazing experience here! Shoutout to Balwinder – he was super helpful and friendly. He personally escorted me to the Long Bar when I asked for directions and even gave me a quick rundown of the hotel’s history, which was a nice touch. Tried the Singapore Sling, and honestly, it was worth the hype and the price – really enjoyed it. We even clicked a photo together afterward, which made the visit extra memorable. He also assisted me in getting a taxi to my destination. The overall vibe, the ambience, and the staff’s attitude were all top-notch. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Singapore!

A stay at Raffles hotel is right up there at the top, actually make that the pinnacle, of my feel good list. Everything - and everyone - here oozes class and poise: fact, there never even seem to be any of the flashy guests / visitors who are all too ubiquitous in luxury hotels these days… It is true that yield management seems to make an increasing presence even here but the levels of service and amenities still beat hands down any would be competitors, leaving anyone thinking “Please sir, may I want some more”

Resident Historian Mr Nasir gave a superb tour on history of the hotel which is truly eye-opening. Antiques and paintings are priceless. Everywhere is spotless. All staff is exceptionally hospitable. I would say Raffles Hotel is One of the Best Hotels in the World!
