我是近期入住过贵酒店的客人，此次写信是想表达我对贵酒店的感谢之情。 在回国的旅行中，我一直选择贵酒店作为我的住宿地点，因为一直以来都非常满意贵酒店的细致服务。从入住到退房的整个过程中，我感受到了贵酒店的周到、细致和热情的服务。不仅仅是您的员工，就整个酒店的服务标准和设施都令我印象深刻。 特别想提及的是贵酒店员工的服务态度，每一个员工都给予我热情友好的接待和周到细致的服务，无论是前台、客房服务还是酒吧服务，每个人都让我感觉到宾至如归。 我期待着再次入住贵酒店，并将向我的朋友、家人和同事们推荐贵酒店！ I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel on the date of 25th and 26th Mar. I had my wedding in Peace hotel 10 years ago and since then I have become a big fan of your hotel. I always prefer staying in the Peace hotel when I travel back to shanghai. China finally opened after 3 years covid lockdown, I was very much looking forward to going back to shanghai and staying in the Peace hotel. As always, had no regrets about every stay at Peace Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel at home. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the room, and the quality of the amenities were all exceptional. I truly appreciate the efforts made by your staff, my size sports sets and the extra pillows are ready in my room, the welcome fruits and chocolates are nicely presented, and every detail just makes me feel like going back home. I would especially thank Jack from your concierge team and your front desk ladies for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was touched by the caring of your duty manager on 27th March, he sent me a cup of warm coffee with a pack of snacks before my departure in the early morning, it was something to be remembered and worth mentioning to all my families and friends. ( unfortunately, I forgot his name while I was in a rush.) Your hotel has set a top benchmark for excellence in hospitality and quality, and I would return to stay at Peace Hotel for my future visits to Shanghai. Thank you once again for making my memorable stay after my 3 years return.

From the moment you walk into this grand old hotel, you are greeted by exceptional and friendly service. From the door boy to reception to the various people walking around the property, they are just wonderful. The room itself was beautiful and the experience was just great. If there’s one thing that I would complain about, it’s the price in their Deli restaurant. Had 3 club sandwiches and 6 local beers and the cost was over US$200. Each club sandwich was around US$50, which is outrageous. So that is literally the only thing I can say - watch expenses within the hotel but aside from that, really perfect experience in a perfect location.

Booked a staycation for my birthday.. I wish it falls close to weekend so I can stay longer not worrying about work. The service is consistent with other Fairmont properties, outstanding! I loved the Fairmont Norfolk in Nairobi where I used to stay a lot during business trips years ago and I must say Peace Hotel is the equivalent in China. All the staff are polite and mostly everyone speak English (not common in Shanghai)! It was a last minute decision and booking via phone through Melissa (or Marissa) was quick, hassle-free, no deposit required. Check-in and check-out in Club Lounge was fast. Hotel tour by charming Hebe was very good. She shared many interesting facts about the hotel with pride, you can tell she loves the hotel and her job. She mentioned abt the Old Jazz Band documentary film and I asked if it is on the Chinese apps like Youku. Next thing was someone called in my room and asked when I would like to see the film and they will arrange it for me! That is customer service at highest level! Staff in the Club Lounge and Jazz bar were all very nice, polite and very welcoming. Food in the lounge were set menu. I totally enjoyed the Jazz bar, which was the highlight of my stay. The guy taking drink orders was very nice and always smiling. I enjoyed the music, food and 3 glasses of champagne! :D They even played a birthday song for me and gave me a cake! Room was spotless, very clean! It's perfect. It even has a Bose mini speaker! I particularly love the bathroom, very spacious and elegant too. They provided bath salts. I love that there is an international news channel, CNN. There's plenty of drinking water and coffee capsules. Got welcome fruits and chocolates and a birthday cake! First room I got with city view was just just walls across and I mentioned to the staff how disappointed I was. While I was on hotel tour a guy came and asked for my key to have my things moved to a room with better view! What a really nice gesture! Breakfast was very good with lots of options. I chose western food but lots of Chinese food too. In-room Dining was also very good, prepared quite fast and yummy! Can't wait to be back over a weekend! Don't book any other hotel in Shanghai! This is the best!

Stunning Hotel, beautiful rooms and outstanding staff. We had more what I would call a suite of rooms rather than just a room. Everything was spotlessly clean and had everything you can possibly imagine that you may need. This Hotel was such a delight.

Thank you Michael, Stevie and the team for a splendid time. It felt like being part of history, so much to discover and appreciate. The weather was a little gloomy but it was worth the trip, the team also had COVID testing around the block and also had tests done- check with the concierge if they have testing that day!
