Excellent cleaning by Arafat and Joel, supervisor Alam. Bathroom cleaning was also perfect and placed all the towels, replaced bedsheets and provide extra ordinarybservice, we are very happy for cleaning setvixes in this fairmont hotel

Pleasant stay here with my family for our first Umrah trip together. Mashaa Allah everything was beautiful. The service was attentive and amazing, meals were exceptional, desserts left us in awe! The service was very good including hotel room service by Mr. Parvez, he made sure everything was well in our room (3917) & didn't leave until he really made sure that we didn't need anything else. Kudos!

Makkah Clock Tower impressive, huge and big one. Fairmont hotel is the best one . Very comfortable beds, tasty coffee . In this place you’ll wind everything is for good Umrah. Stay in fairmont hotel in clock tower is good choice. This is the best location near kaaba. The hotel is very comfortable for us. We get best support from house keeping especially from Mr Farhan and Mr Salamot and supervisor Mr Anis. They will help us if we need any drink, and amenities. I will recommend this hotel for You. So You will not afraid to come late for praying in Haram.
