The location is ideal for performing Umrah. That's the only positive point we found. The room is spacious, but the carpet and bedspread are worn and not very clean. We couldn't adjust the air conditioning, which was cold. We had to request a space heater (5 stars!!!). The pastries weren't fresh. We stayed two days. The price is exorbitant for having half a view...Our hotel in Medine, which was only a 4*, was much better equipped (mirrors, water, etc.). They know their advantages...
