Mohamaad Jane is good cleaner. Good communication. Room is cleans. Good atmospheres.So far noise level is low. Location is near in Masjidil Haram.

The hotel is everything you’d expect fron the Pullman establishment, close to Masjidil Haram and strategically located in the clock tower and besides sofwah tower. Abul (housekeeper) was friendly and highly attentive in ensuring the room is kept clean and helpful when I accidentally left my keys in my room. Some room for improvement would be to include lunch and dinner as well in the package and make the AC adjustable because it was too cold (stuck at 21 C).
