Great place to stay with a family, receptionist were so polite, breakfast was delicious, Ishraq was so friendly, definitely I would recommend.

My stay was great, it was from 8th to 12th of July in room nber 414. The elevators were available instantly as soon as you arrive at the area, the service of the prayer rooms were great with dedicated restroom and wash areas. The housekeep and overall cleanness were over the top, thanks to Mr. Dahidul Islam, Mr. Nasir and Mr. Hafiz

Dear raffle's team. I think you are doing really well. I like to share my opinion about Raffele's makkah palace.I was stay in your hotel 403 & 404 with my family. we get a different experience for your service. especially I like to mention housekeeping attendance. they are soft behaviour. quick responsibility. and cleanliness outstanding. “It was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location was very close to Al-Haram, which made everything more convenient. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.”
