The overall stay was satisfactory; however, the breakfast left much to be desired. As a frequent traveller, I can attest to this. If it wasn't intentional, they should make efforts to improve it. The ambiance and service were commendable, but the lacklustre breakfast experience detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

An enjoyable and convenient stay

We had a 3 night stay with a partial Kaaba view. The children enjoyed the suite. Also, the Haram was very accessible. There were issues with access to the tunnel for taxis from the hotel (had to take the adjacent hotel lift for that) but that was not such a major problem. A very enjoyable stay.

Mosque inside is very convenient. Staff needs to be more friendly and should learn more English. Curtains won’t close properly so there was a lot of light coming in the room. A woman at the gold check in counter wasn’t very friendly but the manager Ibrahim was nice

It was a nice a stay however the check-in process is slow. I wish it will improve since I checked in online. The rest experience were excellent.

Majestic hotel

My family loved everything about this hotel. The only thing needed to work on is find a way to reduce dust in the room by vacuuming toroughly each time. It wont be gone completely but might reduce more inshallah. Also I stayed at the fairmont gold side, I wasn't notified in advance about checking in at level 28 instead of wasting time queuing at M2. Other than that all are perfect keep it up inshallah.
