The waiters are very polite,they got 2 waiters Sameer and Hussein who are very cooperative and wellcoming ,the breakfast has varieties of food ,very clean Thank you

Atyaf Restaurant server named Sameer from Burma was excellent and exceptional in his service, and Abdullah has also went above and beyond with his customer service. I loved my stay at Fairmont Clocktower! For sure I am coming back with my family and staying here!!

Supervisor nejam uddin and his team ilham& nasir faruk Room cleaning was flawless Bathroom was well organize The beds and pillows were supper relaxed I highly recommend this hotel and the staff were very friendly. Anas from room # 1829
