I stayed at Swiss hotel Makkah from 7th to 11th Jan. The location service ambiance of the place was quality from the minute we stepped into the place. We had some minor issues with the room that got initially dealt with duty manager but later escalated to hotel manager Abdul Majeed. This guy took it to next level to resolve the issue. He was the top dog and took it upon himself to upgrade my room and cover all my needs. He personally made sure i was looked after and listened to my feedback and addressed all the issues. Keep up the good work sir !! I would happily stay at this hotel every time given the chance.

wonderful hotel, very close to masjid haram, easier for visitors to do their deeds. The room service was tip top. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and asked them to clean them everyday, always willingg to do it. The atmosphere scent of arab herbs were refreshing to smell. I would really rate this hotel 5 Star because the Value is high. the noise level in the room is literally a noise cancelling room.

The experience was wonderful and the experience was especially enjoyable with respect to the Al Rowad restaurant and specially chef Tarek Gawish, he is an exceptional and talented chef who was able to delight us every night with wonderful dishes that were a delight for the senses and would only describe them as master pieces. Would highly recommend the visit.

We are staying in Swissotel Makkah. Abul Fayez is our house keeping guy and he is very nice and sincere. He makes sure of everything we ask for very sincerely and immediately! We are very pleased with the service. Everything is very clean. I definitely recommend Swissotel Makkah !

Room 2405 was very good and comfortable. The service staff, Ahmad Abdul Rahman, was friendly, kind, and attentive, always ensuring water, coffee, milk, and other amenities were well stocked and sufficient.
