Without a doubt the best place to stay for a truly efficient Umrah and Prayers at the Masjid. I loved seeing Eshraq providing a happy and warm welcome everyday at Breakfast after Fajr. And the Manager of the restaurant, Anshad is polite, professional and well accommodating of the guests needs. Excellent service from the restaurant.

Our stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was profoundly moving and truly unforgettable. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Kaaba View, and the moment we entered the suite, we were overcome with emotion. The direct, breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba created a deep sense of peace, humility, and spiritual closeness. The welcome was exceptionally warm and gracious, making us feel genuinely cared for from the first moment. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is one of refined luxury and absolute privacy, allowing for quiet reflection and serenity. The butler service was flawless—subtle, intuitive, and deeply professional. Every detail was handled with elegance and discretion, making the experience feel entirely personal and effortlessly luxurious. The suite was expansive and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. One of the most extraordinary privileges of this stay was being able to perform every prayer from the suite, with the soothing live Haram audio filling the space. We felt spiritually connected at all times, without needing to leave the comfort of our private sanctuary. The Creamery Terrace was another highlight of our stay. Sitting outdoors, gazing at the Haram, surrounded by calm and beauty, was an emotional and soul-soothing experience unlike any other. Raffles Makkah Palace offers something truly rare—a place where faith, privacy, and ultra-luxury exist in perfect harmony. This experience will forever remain one of our most cherished memories.
