Our family of five recently stayed at Raffles Hotel in Makkah, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect—far beyond our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They checked on us every morning and evening to ensure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The attention to detail throughout the entire hotel was remarkable. Our rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The level of cleanliness and the overall service were outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Staying at Raffles made our trip so much more special, and we are truly grateful for the hospitality we received. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
