The hotel is beautiful in every way. The service is first class and the restaurants provide a relaxing vibe above the streets of Cairo and a great view of the Nile. Abraham made us refreshing cocktails at Ginkgo and Anas provided all the help we needed with our checkout.

Hotel is the best, but pool not work. Room is clean and comfortable. At the breakfast tasty and officiant Ramy very friendly.

Room was enormous, with a great view. Dinnig was high class, with great team, Ismail took great care of us during dinner! We loved it!

The service from some of the reception staff was poor They made me wait over three hours for my room, and there was a delay in getting my suite. This makes me regret choosing the Fairmont Hotel due to the poor treatment. Thank you for your cooperationy

Exceptional Hotel in a Great Location

We have just arrived at the hotel and enjoyed an exceptional dinner at Bab El Nil. We then ordered a nightcap in the Onyx Lounge where we were fortunate to have Pola serve us. He was charming and welcoming. A great introduction to Cairo.
