It's a great hotel, the staff is friendly and professional, especially a house keeping person named Mostafa who is a respectful honest guy, he is so cooperative.

Overall is good,breakfast is good Room space is suitable, mostafa from house keeping is very helpful as i stay here regularly

Novotel has been a lovely hotel. Took the room overlooking the pool. The staff always made sure I was comfortable and happy. Mostafa from housekeeping was respectful. Lovely experience overall.
