Mostafa housekeeping is so helpful and friendly, always checking if we needed anything whenever we passed him. The hotel is nice with friendly staff

The staff at Novotel is very friendly and efficient. Mostafa from housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. Thank you for your hospitality Novotel.

We stayed 6 night in this hotel for visiting familly and do some touristic activity.

Very clean room and excellent housekeeping. Warm and welcoming reception. Special thanks to Reda (room cleaning) and Ahmed (responsable of the restaurant), who was very helpful, kind, and professional. Highly recommended.
