Our stay at the Sofitel Cairo was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We joined the Melisme Club as an upgrade, and it was truly worth it — the staff there are outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It was a true five-star experience in every sense. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The restaurants are fantastic, and we especially loved Kebabgy — the food was delicious and memorable. The doormen deserve a special mention as well; they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access, making it perfect for exploring Cairo. We couldn’t recommend Sofitel Cairo more and would absolutely stay here again.

A unique location in Cairo overlooking the Nile and the city, a jewel that is worth the experience and the stay. Wonderful service, staff (always going the extra mile to meet your needs), food and a real heritage of the Egyptian culture coupled with tradition and modernity. The spa and the swimming pool is also a must.

Wonderful start to our trip to Egypt

Spending a few days at the Sofitel was the best way to start our 25 day tour of Egypt. From the drop off at the hotel to an amazing gentleman, Balal Adham who made sure we were aware of the amenities at the hotel on the reception desk we were made to feel important. We decided to stay in a beautiful Panoramic room overlooking the Nile. The 2 room suite (2001) for a few days was a home away from home. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable with an amazing bed. 2 bathrooms, great water pressure and plenty of room. Perhaps a few more English stations would be helpful. We were part of the Executive Floor and went to the lounge on the 16th floor for breakfast and happy hour. The personal butler service from Doaa, Mahmoud and Tamer made the experience special. So glad our Aya from Egypt Tours arranged our private tour to include this beautiful hotel. Can not wait to see what is planned for the next 3 weeks. Thank you Aya.
