The visit was nice, housekeeping and room service was incredible, mohamed mahmud fairmont gold is great but the security people at the gate for the mall is very differcult christina also is amazing...................................

The place is wonderful and the people are so friendly and the music they put is so charming i really liked it, its a place that makes you feel like home the waiters are great and the service is very good. Fatma is a great waiters and she is so helpful.

Best hotel in Cairo ! We got a suite but not sure what type- we have a living room, a dining room, kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom, 2 toilets, large corridor area and lots of cupboard space - it was a delight !! Well decorated and maintained rooms and hotel. Staff were great. Some of the best restaurants in Cairo are in the hotel. Staff in restaurants were fabulous and know the art of hospitality. Roof top pool was very very windy however a beautiful setting and great pool to relax in. My kids swam daily and we had food and drinks by the pool. Food and drinks were fantastic!
