Fairmont Nile City ticked all the boxes. Security, location, bedroom quality, staff service, exceptional varied restaurant offer, lively outdoor Gingko bar, pool and sauna/hammam. You feel at home immediately. Breakfast buffet was delightful, fantastic choice, a worldwide offer. Open at 6am for early transfers until 11am for a real brunch experience to set up your day in Cairo.

Everything was perfect. Great location. All hotel staff were helpful and amazing especially mr. Ahmad ( front desk staff) and front desk manager. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The housekeeping staff were excellent. All restaurants were amazing especially Bab el nile resturant. Thank you so much. I would recommend it to all tourists visiting Cairo.

The hotel and the staff are absolutely fantastic. It’s located close to many tourist attractions and the view of the Nile is amazing. My server AbdelRahman at La Mie was really friendly and would always have a table ready for me with my favorite drink ready. Will definitely visit again.

Many thanks fam for another superlative stay! Hats off to the management team, so good to see the hotel not only maintaining its high standards in all departments (concierge, reception, room cleaning, breakfast room, room service, pool service, the spa, and of course the Onyx Lounge and the restaurants Saigon and Uliveto), but adding some nice improvements, eg the excellent French brasserie style restaurant in the attached Mall — La Mie — and the renovated pool area. So great to see my many friends in the hotel after all these years of visits — Christen, Sara, Mohamed Said, Waleed, Mina, Michael, Sahar (back!) the entire delightful team at Saigon who received me like a prince and the breakfast chef and staff. Marvellous. The cuisine in all the restaurants was first rate, showing real *finesse*, so a shout out to Ahmed Ramadan and all the chefs for their dedication and attention to detail ! If there is a more genuinely welcoming and hospitable five star hotel on this earth I haven’t stayed in it.

Excellent staff, everyone kind, accommodating, and helpful. Especially liked the multiple water bottles in room, the adapter provided, your beds are wonderful. Not one complaint, our stay was awesome and can highly recommend this hotel. Great location and loved the restaurant choices
