Good airport hotel

Stayed here after arrival and before i flew home. Everything was very clean which is not always the case with Cairo. Close to the airport with a pick up and drop off shuttle. I did message the hotel to ask them where to meet the bus but they did not come back to me so i ended up walking. Rooms are clean with a decent size bathroom shower. Internet is good although there were occasional drop outs. Tv is smart and there are a couple of English speaking channels. Bed was fine and there were tea/coffee facilities. I did have the breakfast buffet but personally i wasn't impressed, food was laid out and not covered so was open to the many fly's. I did use the pool area and it was nice to enjoy some sun given back home was freezing. Staff were friendly. I always base my reviews on value for money and given what i paid i feel the hotel was good value. I probably will not come back to Egypt but i would recommend this hotel.

Weird and unfriendly staff

Unfriendly staff at check-in since the first interaction, tried to change our double bed reservation to 2 rooms and, after not being, successful to a room with 2 beds. Restaurant staff brought a fresh juice with ice when the order was repeated 3 times for a canned juice. Reply after being called on it: "try to see if you like". Worst (and most expensive) hotel experience of the whole trip.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just 10 minutes away. For those who need to stay for a night or have a long layover, the hotel offers good value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious, and everything was clean. We only stayed one night, but we had breakfast, which was very good as well! The only tip is to request a non-smoking room if you don’t smoke.

Location, location, and location

Located in middle of Cairo Airport complex, but no noticeable overnight noise. Complimentary shuttle to all three terminals every 30 minutes. Facility is elderly and well worn, but not decrepit. Not yet. Expensive, but very busy and usually full because of its location. Helpful staff, good meals. But the swimming pool may be closed without warning for cleaning and chlorination.
