I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Ajman. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was professional, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return. Big thank you to Babita, she deserves a promotion! She was very attentive and made us feel at home. Chef Amir’s cooking made us explore a new culinary experience which we very much enjoyed! Shout out to Rachel, Bruno, Nazar and Jahangeer who truly looked after us. A big thank you to The front office manager Osama who truly is an asset to the hotel. He cared about concerns raised and ensured these were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend for anyone to visit this hotel. Suitable for all ages. Beautiful beach with clean sand. Free shuttle bus to Dubai mall running twice a day also which made it convenient. Kids club has a fantastic set up which is safe and nearby to the pool and beach area. Pool entertainment team are also fantastic with the Zumba and volleyball on the beach! I can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas. Everything was nice, room clean, staff very friendly, food tasty, location just perfect, we appreciated the shuttle to Dubai. Also the Christmas atmosphere in the hotel was very nice including a present on the door knob from the GM.Thank you! Had a really nice stay!

What stood out to me most was how friendly and attentive the staff were, they really made the stay feel welcoming. The overall atmosphere stood out, it felt well organised and comfortable from check -in to check out.
