🕔 The location was beautiful stunning sea view, and an incredible team. Huge thanks to Jitu, Ahsan, and the entire banquet crew for being so helpful and supportive. So grateful to work with people who make our job as wedding organizers at @brideserviceby.sara smooth and joyful 🤍

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from Fairmont Ajman. I’ve been trying for over a week to get basic information and make a booking for a dinner I’m planning, and every single time I call, I’m told “we will share the details” or “we will get back to you.” No one ever does. This level of follow-up (or lack of it) is honestly surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this reputation. Repeated calls, repeated promises, and zero action. It’s very strange and unprofessional for a supposedly high-end hotel to operate this way. If this is the experience before even making a booking, it really makes me question the service quality overall.

Отель 5 звёзд, и в принципе соответствует. НО… в красивой, хорошо спланированной ванной комнате, душ течёт на полванной комнаты. Соответственно полотенце для ног плавает и превращается в тряпку. Лейка в душевой засорена и льет в разные стороны. В номере не было адаптированной розетки, чтоб зарядить телефоны. В такого уровня отеле можно сделать и usb розетку возле тумбочки кровати или в рабочей зоне. В остальном очень комфортный номер. Удобная кровать с очень качественным постельным бельём. Очень приятно, что есть кофемашина, халаты, тапочки хорошего качества. Нам сделали абгрейд номера и это было неожиданно, чрезвычайно приятно и создало восторженное настроение.
