Pour un hôtel normal on dirait décevant, mais pour un Raffles, le mot juste est désastreux. Service au mythique bar de l'Elephant en dessous de tout, avec une qualité qui a visiblement baissé: glaçons énormes, cocktail insipides qui ressemblent plus à des jus de fruits qu'à autre chose. Aucun sens du client, cet hôtel vit de sa rente historique et ses jolies photos sans faire les efforts requis par l'évolution de la concurrence.

Dit is het mooiste hotel van onze reis tot nu toe. Wij werden ook super vriendelijk ontvangen en nadien naar onze mooie kamer gebracht in het oude gedeelte. Nadien hebben we meteen een dinner geboekt in het restaurant en er was zelfs live piano aanwezig super mooi en goed eten. Onze eerste ontbijt ervaring was een totale ramp warme koffie met ijskoude welk en er is geen buffet totaal niets. Als je met bevoorbeeld 4 personen gaat eten geven ze je 1 broodmand met 1 broodje 1 croissant 1 koffie koekje voor 4 personen dus je besteld je gerecht en dan bestel je extra broodje dat je ongeveer 20 minuten later na je gerecht krijgt dus u ei is koud. Wat een ramp. En dan de bediening ieder heeft zijn eigen job en hierdoor komt het dat men niets afruimd zolang je er zit er is 1 afruimer. Niemand zal helpen. afruimer is afruimer en de rest doet enkel bediening en loopt de vuile vieze tafels gewoon voorbij. De ontbijtmaneger geeft enkel orders en doet totaal niets buiten commanderen Hier word ook niet gelachen iedereen doet zijn werk en ik denk dat er ongeveer 20 managers rondlopen die uiteindelijk niets doen. Niemand is er vrolijk. Aan het zwembad krijg je muggen spree Maar nergens anders ook niet als je buiten gaat en er zijn echt veeel muggen dit hotel heeft gewoon een lieve goede manager nodig die zijn onder managers leert dat ze hun personeel vooral zeer jonge mensen vriendelijk moeten behandelen en alles juist moeten aanleren. Nogmaals een echte ramp ter vergelijking met ons andere hoten in siem reap jaya house 100 maal beter en een lieve manager voor zijn personeel die zelfs meehelpen in het afruimen van de tafels.het personeel daar was zo vrolijk met deze super manager die zijn personeel steeds hielp Dus beste 20 managers van raffles ga daar even op leerschool en scheld u personeel niet uit in bijzijn van de toeristen. Dat is onbeschoft

O hotel é lindo. Foi reformado, mas permaneceu com o mesmo estilo charmoso anterior. O serviço é impecável, até às vezes excessivo... Os restaurantes e o café são uma delícia a parte. E, em especial, as atendentes do café são extremamente simpáticas e solícitas.
