The location is amazing. The lounge where the breakfast and the happy hour are located has a very nice view. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Loujaine was welcoming every body with a nice smile and positive attitude. She offered helpful information regarding the places to visit. Also Bayram who was in charge of room cleaning was very good and helpful. Halil in the lounge was also attentative and friendly.

Hotel experience was great. Concierge was very proactive and did a good job. Asena from concierge was very helpful and helped arrange tours even before we came to Turkey. The restaurant Madhu’s was also really good. Lokman at Madhu’s restaurant in the hotel provided very good service. He was attentive and proactive with the family members. Lokman and Asena are assets to the hotel. Also hotel has great security including screening of guests and taxis ensuring that guests feel safe.

I met oujaine as soon as i arrived at the reception and she made my experience just outstanding , very professional, polite and kind may allah bless her and i wish her success As for Saliha at reception, she was so kind and professional! Thanks to the team keep up the great work

Very good service received from the lounge team Ozon, Elef, Borkor and Halil take a good care of us😀 We enjoyed the beautiful view and nice and calm atmosphere. Rooms are well equipped and the view from the corner room is stunning. Thsnk you also for my bday cake upon arrival it was really nice. The only thing that would be nice to have in the hotel is the Turkish Bath...perhaps sometimes in the future😀
