Wij zijn weer voor de zo veelste keren in dit hotel geweest. Dit is een mooi hotel en de ontvangs en de medewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam. Ik wil de Heer Utkan en Mevrouw Ozlem Sahiner en Dhr Orcun Bedanken voor de goede zorg en ze waren behulpzaam.

Geluid v. buiten was binnen goed te horen wel vervelend met een baby.

Whilst we are happy to see your overall high score, it was certainly concerning to learn about the noise issue experienced during your stay. The magnificent building and its particular shape provides us with the most amazing views and atmosphere, however, on this occasion it appears it also caused a noise from to outside. If we would have been made aware during the stay, we always try to offer an alternative room most probably with less noise and will make sure your guest profile is updated with your preferences . We kregen een upgrade voor de suite met 2 slaapkamers, deze was echt geweldig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Helaas werden 2 verzoeken bij housekeeping niet waargemaakt. Zwembad erg mooi. Prijzen voor drankjes wel wat hoog. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid, maar druk en rommelig. Personeel bij het ontbijt kan beter.
