Хороший отель, если на брать номера на седьмом этаже. Бронируя номер повышенной комфортности мы очень хотели получить номер с террасой и видом на Босфор, но вместе с ним мы проучили орущий персонал в коридоре на протяжении всей ночи и громыхающие тележки. Буквально всю ночь!!! Какой-то гений спроектировал подсобные помещения кухни через коридор от ресторана, который находится на этом же этаже. Спать просто невозможно! Персонал переговаривается и громко смеется в процессе, наши замечания помогали на время, но потом все повторялось. Приходилось даже спать днем, потому что накапливалась усталость от постоянной бессонницы. Вообщем отдых нам испортили за наши же и немалые деньги. Выбирая этот отель не выбирайте сьюты, здесь не знаю золотого правила : в отеле должно быть тихо. И ресепшен к сожалению вам не будем помощником. Отговорки с улыбкой на лице и обещания, что это не повторится.

L’hotel est propre, le service agréable, internet fonctionne bien. La vue sur le Bosphore depuis la salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique. Les chambres sont agréables et bien insonorisées. Et l’hôtel est tres bien placé près de Taksim sans en avoir les désagrément (plus calme).
