Alhamdulillah i am staying makkah hotel and towre. A gentelman name md. Abdul karim who Takes care of my room. Simple amazing --vey friendly. And guest request respond very promote. Overall Stay time was very memorable..I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with all the essential amenities provided. the housekeeping team kept everything spotless throughout my stay.

An amazing stay. Definitely recommend. The Kaaba view room was worth the additional charge. Breakfast was amazing, very busy but that didn't take away from the standard. Hotel is spotless, staff are very attentive. The location is excellent. The staff did anything they could to make our stay extra comfortable. My grandma is elderly and could not always go down for breakfast so we ordered her breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions (at no extra cost). Check in was smooth I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to all family and friends. Thank you Swissotel Makkah.

It was a very good stay, and workers of the hotel are very gentle, breakfast is very good and various , access of the hotel are very useful especially from clock tower…

We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the hotel team. Special thanks to Suherman, the housekeeper, who did an exceptional job—our room was always spotless, well-organized, and maintained with great care. His attention to detail and warm attitude truly made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. We are also very grateful for the early check-in and the room upgrade, although the bed type that we required was not available at that time however the receptionist accommodating us with the option which comfortably for us and early check-in which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture after our long journey. Our sincere thanks as well to the receptionist and the night manager for their kindness, professionalism, and flexibility in accommodating us throughout this trip. Their helpful and welcoming service made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable—we truly appreciate the excellent hospitality.
