The hotel location is perfect for ease of access to the Haram and the service provided by the hotel was excellent with no real complaints. Breakfast was lovely.

We stayed in Swissotel Makkah last year and enjoyed our stay immensely. Last week we returned to the same hotel for a five night stay (November 12-17). As before, rooms were excellent and the breakfast buffet was sublime! Kudos to the management for maintaining their high standards. This time however, our experience was even better thanks to the friendly and courteous members of staff and Adil in particular. Many thank to Swissotel Makkah as well as Adil for making our recent stay a memorable one!

Very easy access to the big entrances of Masjidil Haram with ramp for wheelchair. Comfortable, spacious room. On the uppermost floors, clear full view of Kaabah MasyaAllah. Staff are the best we have met in Haramain. All so smiling (which is not always easy to find) very polite and very helpful.

Swissotel Makkah is an amazing hotel with brilliant hospitality. They work to perfection and the hotel location is also Brilliant, Will definitely visit again and stay in Swissotel Makkah Insha'Allah. The staff really go above and beyond and even though it is a very busy hotel, the staff smile and always ready to help. Good size rooms and excellent breakfast.
