I cannot thank Mr. Ayub and his incredible team at Raffle Makkah Restaurant enough for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to help organize my wedding dinner, making it a truly perfect evening. Planning such an important event from the UK, with only phone calls to rely on, had me feeling quite anxious. However, their attentiveness and care put me completely at ease. On the day of the event, their dedication was evident—they took care of every detail and ensured everything ran seamlessly. The food and the wedding cake were absolutely delicious, receiving endless compliments from our guests. The team was not only professional but also warm and caring, making everyone feel special. Their effort to go the extra mile truly stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you once again for making our wedding dinner so memorable. Raffles Makkah is one of the best hotel located in Holly city Makkah, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, fast services (unlike other hotels in Makkah), friendly staff, tasty buffet breakfast which includes lots of variety to meet almost all tastes, they gave us early check in and late checkout. Highly recommended Extra: delicious Saudi coffee in the lobby area

This was my 2nd stay in 2 years was fantastic from check in to check out we were treated like royalty.took the half board this time which I was disappointed as no options for vegetarians as soon as the management team were aware Mr Ayub and team including Hamden the went up and beyond to cater for me and my father at breakfast. And also Mr Anshad and his team including Iqbal were so helpful at dinner they made sure our vegi options were on our table the chefs were also fantastic came back to this hotel as Mr Nauman looked after us also shout out to Mr saad Mr Hussain and Mr Meshari the reception team well done to the raffles team.10 out of 10
