ได้มาใช้บริการที่โรงแรมนี้ พนักงานบริการดีมากไปค่ะ โดยเฉพาะคุณ ทินกร คุณ หลี และคุณบ๊อบบี้ ดูแลดีมากเลยค่ะ รู้สึกโชดีมากไปที่มาเลือกใช้ห้องประชุมที่โรงแรมนี้ ครั้งหน้าจะมาใช้บริการอีกบ่อยๆค่ะ อาหารกลางวันที่นี่ก็อร่อยเช่นกัน มีให้เลือกหลากหลายไทยจีนและนานาชาติ ดีทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ

Een mooi hotel met een metro op loopafstand. Kamer is groot genoeg en biedt genoeg faciliteiten. Het ontbijt in het restaurant biedt meer dan genoeg keuze. Executive lounge was goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zorgde goed voor ons tijdens het ontbijt, afternoon tea en 's avonds cocktail. Helaas zijn er enkele negatieve punten: - Op 28 maart was er helaas een aardbeving, maar er werd helemaal geen evacuatiealarm geactiveerd terwijl het op de 24e nog werd getest. Maar de nazorg werd uitstekend uitgevoerd. - Voordat het hotel een bezoek bracht, was er vooraf contact en werden verzoeken gevraagd. Deze werden uiteindelijk niet vervuld. - Schoonmaak was druk in de kamer naast de mijne. Dus ik dacht dat mijn kamer de volgende zou zijn sinds ik het schoonmaaksignaal aan had. Dat bleek niet het geval te zijn en de schoonmaak ging naar een andere kamer in een verre hoek. Maar ondanks deze punten was het een uitstekend verblijf.

Prima 5* hotel met fijne uitstraling. Vlak bij de MRT. Ontbijt bijzonder goed . Kamers groot en voldoende uitgerust. Veel en vriendelijk en service gericht personeel. Veel (90%) Chinese gasten.
