I can just say thanks to all staff of Swissotel Rachada in particolary the Reception staff Yok Baitong June Pond and concierge Plucky Eye and Janji. All of Thema was fantastic helphful Kind. This things made a Qualität 5 * Hotel Thanks a lot for amazing job. Room was made very well and clean.

We enjoyed a simply fabulous stay of 14 continous nights at this wonderful hotel. Our 2nd time here and will be back next year… It was nice meeting Andy Sudarso, the Director of Room, Wasan Wangtanabadeekool, Front Office Manager & Suthasaya Sa-ngasap, Executive Chef. A Big Thank You for being obliging to go out of the way for any requests we had. Lastly, A special mention to Sommon and the wonderful staff in the Swiss Executive Lounge, Cream, Balm, Eyei, Earn Cha & Chris and everyone else involved, you are the reason we will continue to return with no reason to ever look elsewhere for a place to stay.

The hotel looks grand and upscale from the outside which really impressed us. The room, though, are quite dated, but large and fully equiped. The bed is comfortable. We even got a complimentary birthday cake for my wife. The breakfast is tasty with good varieties. The only disappointment is that I do not recieve any Accor points as I booked the room from Booking.com. Overall, this is a good stay.

Nice time at 204 Bar

Really had a good time at 204 bar. Excellent services, reasonable prices and enjoyable drinks. Ram and Sukea were attentive and provided very good bartending services. Other staff were also great, too. I recommend this place for a chill out time.

A high-tier, bit old hotel in a Chinatown

The Swissotel is located a few meters from the Huai Khwang MRT station (on the blue line), however it doesn't have that many things within walking distance (that we found interesting), except the 7/11 in the attached building. Breakfast at the restaurant was not bad, but I've had better in Bangkok. The Executive Lounge is very quiet, happy hour was quite good. Our room was a bit dated (like an older Sheraton), but not neglected, with a comfortable bed and a bit leaky shower. Value for money is quite good, especially if you compare to the ibis Styles next door that is very close in price but obviously very different level. Staff is great, I'd like mention Mr. Wasan from the Front Desk and all the ladies and the gentleman from the Executive Lounge.
