Had dinner at the lobby restaurant. The food was good, though it took a bit of getting used to having a club sandwich served with focaccia bread. The French fries were cold at first, but they were immediately replaced with a warm portion, which was appreciated. The restaurant staff were wonderful—professional, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Maysa, Eyety, Natte, Toon, and MewMew for their excellent service.

First day here and decided to have dinner. We had excellent service from Eyety, Took, New and Toon at the restaurant. Food was good too!!

We had a 14day stay at the hotel and had an amazing experience especially the service from Toon, Eye, Nook and May. They had the most amazing smiles as they serve, very good knowledge of the meal options available, always helpful with choosing the meals and ensuring we had the best. They actually went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience, service with a smile at its best. They made the stay feel like home away from home.
