I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in the Grand Medure Hotel. From the moment I walked in, the hostess Mai made me feel genuinely welcomed. She has such a calm, kind presence and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my table. It honestly set the tone for the entire evening. My waitress Mew was just as incredible, attentive without being intrusive, always smiling, and somehow seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. It’s rare to experience service that feels this natural and thoughtful. And the food… wow. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in both quality and consistency! It was one of the best meals I’ve had in Thailand.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, you are treated like royalty here. The buffet breakfast is also wonderful. The restaurant area was nice and clean but very cold, people where wearing jackets when eating. The food we had for supper was very good and presentation was phenomenal. We started out in a corner room which was nice but then had to move to a regular room for the last 3 days of our stay. The regular room wasn't as clean, toilet leaked, and the remote didn't work. As far as the pool area, the pool is so cold you cannot swim in it. There is no sun in the pool area until late afternoon. The cushions on the chairs by the pool are filthy and the little tables by the chair are disgusting. They appear to be the original ones when the hotel was built. There seems to have been very little updating.

Location is on out skirts rand no nearby utility shops market or restaurants The hotel breakfast was terrible and the shower and toilet area was real small No in house dine in bar was also limited only good thing was pool and real bad towels etc and room and housekeeping
