Great hotel with convenient location close to MRT. Accommodating and helpful staff who assisted me with a late checkout and various transfers. Would recommend staying here for someone who prefers a little more quiet from the hustle / bustle of BKK

It's nice to come back here again. Staff are always helpful with great service mind from the lounge on 23rd floor. Furthermore, I always come back to the Flavour restaurant. The food is Thai authentic with variety of drinks. The place is cozy with the warm welcome from Khun. EYETY. It feels nice that she can still remember me.

Helpful and friendly staff, Mr Mark from the reception was lovely and accomodating for all my requests. Pleasant stay. Good location, slightly away from the central point of Sukhumvit 11. Multiple restaurant options, and a 10 minute walk from the nearest railway station.

Stay at Grand Mercure with Great Experience and enjoy a luxury service at the luxury hotel at the great location!

The service was excellence and all the staffs were so friendly, especially Siri, Pong, Chaiwat and Arunsak. They helped us to send the package back to Japan with no additional fees. We can feel that they were so sincere and help us from the bottom of their heart.

Excellent hotel with a variety of rooms. All rooms are well maintIned and furnished tastefully. The corner rooms are very spacious, comfortable and offers great view of the city. The hotel has swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym and a poolside bar on the 4th floor. Hotel has couple of restaurants, one of them is a famous Japanese steakhouse. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel has free shuttle service to nearby mrt station and a mall that is helpful for guests to move around. Excellent place to stay during business trips as well as personal trips with family. Public restaurant food was very good, nook, toon and may were very helpful in finalizing the order for food with good suggestions and were very hospitable and made us feel at home while trying out thai food.
