Nothing better than this, for location/quality/price/service. The sky bar at the ninth floor is incredible and the signature cocktails are a never ending pleasure. We had the opportunity to meet chef Antonio from italy that is a very skilled and friendly professional and we were so lucky to being served by Görken, speaking perfect english and giving the best recommendations. Swissotel in Izmir is my home away from home, I have been coming to this hotel since I was a little girl. It is the best value for money of any hotel in any major city, I have ever stayed in. The only complaint I have is the perfume dispensers they have every where around the hotel. The smell is too strong and is not good for you. All these perfume are just toxins you are breathing into your lungs. I have complained so many times about this horrible perfume dispensers, but no change so far. Nupelda, Ismail and Mahmut, thank you for your excellent customer service.

Our experience was perfect at the hotel. We experienced great service from the staff, enjoyed the spa and fantastic breakfast buffet. The room was beautiful and the hotel was in walking distance to many nice restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.
