Everything was perfect, except a power outage in my room Thursday morning. Very frustrating but it was corrected by the time I returned and staff offered a credit to make it right.

The hotel was nice and clean, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were lovely too. But the Wifi is terrible. I could barely get a signal so trying to connect my apps to the television did not work. I was also there for business so I could not take conference calls and had to stand next to the window to get a decent cell phone signal. Fix this and I would give the place a 9

We live on the Olympic Peninsula but had an evening wedding to attend to in Seattle. We spent an overnight stay at the Andra Hotel. Prior to check-in I had several questions as we were bringing our Chiweenie puppy with us and we were hoping for early check-in to prep for the wedding. The customer service over the phone was professional and excellent. I felt listened to and details were provided to ensure my confidence about our stay. Check-in, valet parking, extra service for our puppy were all excellent! Our room was exceptionally comfortable with the best amenities. And although we weren’t there long enough to fully take advantage of exploring the neighborhood, it looked like there were many restaurants and shopping/galleries nearby. We will stay here again in the future. It was a most pleasant stay!!

Just want to say thank you for the stay, I got a complimentary room upgrade and it was beautiful!! Staff were all soooo sweet and helpful, I felt welcome and the hospitality was just awesome. Valet was much more reasonable compared to other hotels I had looked at and I had a great sleep. I’ll definitely be recommending or coming back. :)
