Fabrizio was our concierge and he was FABULOUS! As soon as I arrived, the valet David was super sweet and allowed me to park at the front while I went inside to confirm if there was a possibility to check in earlier than 4pm. I think we arrived around 2:30-3pm. Fabrizio was hilarious, accommodating and the most generous hotel associate I’ve ever communicated with. My sister and I were in Seattle to celebrate our 30th birthday. He not only upgraded our room to a BIGGER room with a great view of the city, he also provided us a bottle of champagne and helped orchestrate a special surprise from my sisters girlfriend. Everything was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to David our valet, Fabrizio our concierge and all the kind doormen. We will be returning for sure!

The hotel had glimpses of good but a few details that didn't work for me. The room, while very spacious had lighting issues. Too many lamps and even with every one on the room was oddly dark. Coffee maker just gave water. The gym needs 3x more space. Fit maybe 5 people max at a time and on both mornings I was there it was crowded, not to mention ridiculously hot.
