Parking fee is horrible and or bed was very way too soft. Other than that it was a perfect location to walk to tourist attractions and local food. Dahlia’s was delicious for breakfast!

Had a stay booked in this hotel for the first time as all diamond member. Benefits were hardly given and service was not welcoming at all. Upon complaint, we got a free transfer to the port but I would not book here again.

When we arrived we were treated warmly. We were a little early and our room wasn't ready so they stored our luggage and said they would email when the room was ready so we could go explore. Our room was ready just after lunch so we returned and went to see our lovely room have a quick refresh before heading out to explore some more. We returned about 9pm and went to use the shower unfortunately this didn't work properly it was leaking from the control valve and both heads at the same time. I called down to reception and she came up to look (unfortunately maintenance had already left for the day) she had no more success with it than I did and immediately offered us a room change. Luckily we hadn't unpacked, we swapped rooms and received a complementary upgrade which was lovely. We woke up to a note the next morning under our door for my husband saying that they had heard me talking to the concierge about how we were looking for good second hand book shops and the had listed some, I thought this was so sweet and thoughtful. On the last day the housekeeper lent me her hoover so I could vacuum pack out clothes as we had bought too many books and it wouldn't all fit....again this was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel not only for the location but for the amazing helpful and thoughtful staff.
