Gym was very small and minimally appointed. I was totally offended by the valet when I came back for my suitcase I left at checkout. I gave him my claim ticket and he kept coming back and asking me questions about my stay, my room number etc. I was starting to be concerned that my bag was lost, but apparently he just didn’t trust that i wasn’t a guest of the hotel?! He said he didn’t want to give a bag to someone he didn’t recognize who just had a ticket…I’m sorry, wtf. Ask the questions you need answered when first presented with the claim ticket.

We have stayed at the Andra numerous times pre-Covid and this was our first visit since the beautiful remodel. Unless they can offer firm beds (at least as a choice) we will not be staying again. We love everything about the Andra except the overly soft mattresses!

We threw lots of challenges to our stay but they shined every time. We came in very early and able to store our luggage and valet take our car. Baptiste gave us great recommendations from tours to fabulous dinner recommendations for multiple days. What a pleasant asset for this hotel. Valets were always professional and courteous.

We stayed here after our wedding and had no regrets! Lots of our out of state friends booked the same stay and it was so nice being in such a great location to show them around. Walkable distance to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and amazing restaurants. Absolutely loved Lola's downstairs! Staff was super friendly, professional, so overall great service. Room was really nice too!

It was overall positive, primarily due to the room and location. The interactions with staff ranged from lukewarm to friendly. Lukewarm was a hostile young woman at the front desk who couldn't seem to change our valet parking from 4 days (in error) to 1 day, and friendly was a young man at the front desk who checked us in. Overall, your establishment as a venue is a 9 or 10, but the staff needs better training.

Beautiful hotel, very clean & comfortable. Wonderful staff, always so friendly, they remember us from previous visits. Located close to everything downtown Seattle. We love going to Jazz Alley, which is only two blocks away. This is our favorite downtown Seattle hotel.

We are repeat guests and enjoyed our stay again. We did get an adjoining room and didn't love that since the guests in there were not in our party. We love the neighborhood but it seems that downtown Seattle is losing a bit of it's allure. Fewer restaurants, retail etc. We like the proximity to the Waterfront and to Seattle Center. The service is great and the rooms clean.

The hotel and the room were very nice and the hotel is in a convenient location. The valet and check in experience was professional and friendly. The bathroom was pretty small with limited shelf and towel hanging space. We had two issues with the room. First, we could not get the shower head to work, only the hand wand. Second, the TV could not access any menus or guides, so we couldn’t get to streaming services.
