I would rate my experience a 20/10. Great location. Lovely, clean comfortable rooms. Cozy bed. Staff was 10/10, very kind and helpful, always welcoming me as family. I had a bit of trouble upon my arrival (not hotel related) Fanny at front desk went above and beyond to take care of a problem that wasn't even theirs to deal with. Her main focus was to see I was relaxed and enjoyed my stay. She took the stress off of my shoulders. I appreciated her kind spirit and nature. I would give her 100/10. I enjoyed my stay so much and will be back.
