We were able to get an early check in, and upon check in we were told that they had upgraded our room. I had mentioned it was our anniversary, and were surprised with a bottle of champagne. Other than that, the location was very convenient to downtown Seattle, the light rail station, Pike Place, and more. We will definitely come back!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Hotel had no room service meaning visitors had to order in via delivery apps and collect from reception or get takeout from the Greek or Italian restaurant next door. WiFi was slow (capped at 15Mbps) and had poor signal strength in my room at the end of the corridor, which meant jerky video calls so I had to connect to my phone hotspot to use my work laptop in my room. A physical Ethernet port would have been nice. Gym is small with a single bench, single elliptical cross-trainer and single stack of dumb-bells. No weight machines.

Clanny was top notch. She went over an beyond to ensure we were settled in and had what we needed. We had been spoiled with upgrades at previous Accor stays. In the absence of that, Clanny ensured she got us to the top floor, came up to check if we liked the room and needed anything. She was incredible and made up for the mini bathroom ☺️! Thanks Clanny!!
