The staff was kind and professional and very helpful! The room was nice and clean. We were on the street side and it was incredibly loud. We understand that’s part of staying in the city but even with a sound machine we were not able to sleep very well.

My family and I enjoyed staying in one of the suites for a weekend. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The decor in the room is beautiful and comfortable. My 10yo daughter insists it is the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in. We also enjoyed the feel and decor of the lobby, and the easy access to good coffee shops and the market down the street. I will definitely book a stay there again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my family!

We have stayed here twice. This time was our least favorite as some areas in the room looked worn, chipped tiles/walls in the bathroom, heating issues, very loud HVAC in the room and some very strong cleaning/chemical smells in the hallway and elevators.

Beautiful hotel! You get a warm feeling when you walk into the lobby. Nicely decorated and furnished lobby with a large oversized gas fireplace. Met as we arrived by the doorman and very friendly staff at check-in. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely furnished as well. Close to the Public Market and other attractions. A nice place to spend a few days and we will return.
