Our stay at the Fairmont Heritage Mayakoba was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of what made it so memorable was the incredible care and attention we received from our butlers, Fernanda Salgado and Javier Alarcón. From the moment we arrived, Fernanda and Javier went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. They were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our family feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it was coordinating daily plans, anticipating our needs before we even asked, or handling requests with speed and grace, they consistently exceeded expectations. Traveling as a family can be complex, but Fernanda and Javier made everything seamless. Their kindness, organization, and calm presence allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of Mayakoba. They made us feel not just like guests, but like we were being welcomed home. The Fairmont Mayakoba itself is a stunning property ,beautiful grounds, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere ,but it’s people like Fernanda and Javier who truly elevate the experience from great to unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for the care they showed us and would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Fernanda and Javier, for making our vacation so special. We hope to see you again very soon! I LOVED visiting this resort! The grounds are so gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the staff is amazing. The water and beach are stunning! The variety of restaurants and pools are incredible. I am a travel advisor who happened to celebrate my 40th birthday here and the events team were just amazing. I love how there is an all inclusive option as well as a la carte. The resort would be perfect for families with young children too and I cannot wait to bring my family here! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing trip with Captain Iker

Took my family, including my 15-month old, on the boat tour around the property and it was fantastic. Our boat captain Iker was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and we even got to see 2 crocodiles! Highly recommend this experience.

Wonderful property, excellent service, accommodating all needs. A particular shout out to Inker who took us on a very enjoyable and informative boat tour of the property. All of the staff at restaurants were wonderful. David and Diana at the La Laguna were especially gracious and attentive. Erick was charming and helpful when we went to the beach, and Frida gave us an informative presentation about the Fairmont Residences. We plan on returning again.
