Pour un hôtel aussi luxueux il ne mérite même pas 3*. Le personnel est hautain, on a réservé une suite le sapin qui était censé être lumineux ne fonctionnait pas. On a appelé personne n est jamais venu. Ils te facturent des choses en + sans donner d explications. Vraiment a fuir.

Nous avons juste pris quelques ohotos de la façade pour immortaliser notre découverte de la ville de New-York, nous n'y avons pas séjourné, pas dans notre budget... seulement pour le plaisir des yeux.

Tout c’est bien passé Par contre nous avons rencontré pas mal de problème concernant les avantages Accor avec notre carte Diamond. Les équipes ne sont pas du tout au courant et cela est très désagréable de devoir demander

Hôtel bien placé parties communes agréables, Chambre bien, Je n’ai pas aimé : - le manque d’aération d. la chambre, ( odeur d. renfermé) et manque d’oxygène, Clim pas useful et pas assez puissante - que des erreurs sur les additions ( petit dej, etc etc…)
