Je descends dans cette hôtel depuis très très longtemps et je reviens parce que j’ai m’y sens bien et au bout d’un moment vous êtes chez vous vous connaissez la personne qui vous apportent un petit déjeuner continental copieux et excellent. Je dois dire bravo Monsieur.Syed HAQUE tous les jours à la même heure avec un grand sourire. Je connais pas le nom de la femme de chambre qui s’occupe de ma chambre elle est parfaite, mais dès votre arrivée à l’hôtel vous êtes accueillis avec un bonjour bien français, et un grand sourire à la réception, le même sourire, si vous avez un petit problème, madame Marioara arrange votre séjour(un petit clin d’œil, on me souhaite jamais mon anniversaire)

Bonne expérience ! Décevant sur le Chek in et le personnel pas aimable et sans explication le petit déjeuner Sinon merci pour le geste commercial du petit déjeuner car tv ne marchait pas et téléphone aussi

Nouveau séjour au Sofitel NY que je connais depuis une quinzaine d'années. Les chambres ont été rénovées, ce qui est très appréciable. Idem pour le lobby (même si les portes d'entrée demeurent assez peu accueillantes). Personnel agréable. Bonne prise en compte du statut ALL avec un beau surclassement et un départ tardif. Barman bien sympathique. Déception importante pour le petit déjeuner : 56$ (taxe et pourboire inclus) pour une unique boisson chaude, jus d'orange à volonté, mini croissants à volonté, un plat unique sans grande inventivité... c'est quand même très très cher. On est certes à NY en 2026... mais il est préférable d'aller prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs.
