Basic but functional

This is a basic hotel in one of the busiest areas of the city. Basic is not always bad. Rooms are well appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay. Bed and pillows are good and temperature stays within an acceptable range. Wifi is stable and fast. Washroom a bit smaller for my taste but functional and with required amenities. The common areas of the hotel are small but comfortable. Included breakfast is above what I have seen in similar hotels. Just 4 stars for a couple of minor issues: first, there were broken things in the room. A couple of spot lights in the general area, and the security lock. The big one is noise isolation. Basically non-existent to the exterior (bad thing considering this is a busy area of town) and also towards the internal areas. But overall I will consider coming back.

l had a comfortable and relaxing experience in my recent stay at Mercure Bogota Zona Financiera. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable - perfect for a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was great too. There were good selection of breads, fresh fruits, fresh juices (including local one), cold cuts, cheese, cereals and local specialty such as arepas. I highly recommend Mercure Bogota Zona Financiera for its comfort, location, quiet atmosphere, and good buffet breakfast. I would gladly return on my next trip.

The staff was shockingly rude, leaving me feeling completely unvalued. I had to endure endless waits just to check in and out, as if my time meant nothing. Also, my Accor status was completely disregarded. The breakfast was an absolute disaster—definitely not worth paying extra for. This one night stay was nothing short of a nightmare and, without a doubt, my worst experience with All Accor.

The WORST hotel

The worst hotel I’ve tried in Bogotá. I’ve been staying here for 4 days, and I reported an electrical problem. They say they’ll fix it after I leave. Additionally, the reception staff is rude and very unwilling to help, There are hotels with much better service and facilities in the same price range just a few blocks away

Really terrible wifi connection. 3MB, and very unstable, you cant use it neither to work or relax. The staff was very hellpfull, but there was nothing They could do. The hotel is in a business zone, só you would expect you could at lesar work with its internet conection. But no.
