Ok hotel but if you are coming from a country where Spanish is not the primary language, communication will be difficult

Hotel was on good location. The room was OK, clean. Our room was on the last floor so we had a view. The breakfast was very good, the choice was excellent for a hotel of that category. What I didn't like was that the staff didn't know English, not even limited, so communication was difficult.

Clean basic room. Hard bed. But relatively comfortable. Very central and lively area around with plenty of Restaurants and pubs. Breakfast - good fruit selection, bit manic was very busy. So no cups or plates. Had to request hot water for tea. As only coffee available. Very good rate for room and breakfast. Helpful staff.

The safety and security measures at this hotel are seriously problematic. My sister’s phone was stolen in the hotel, and I couldn't believe how poorly the management handled it. Despite giving them the exact time and place of the theft, they refused to show us the surveillance footage and offered NO assistance. They even suggested we'd need to take legal action just to see the camera footage!!! Their dismissive attitude is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think again, as it's clear the management doesn't prioritize guest safety or well-being.

Our large group had a terrible experience at this hotel. One of our friends had her phone stolen while waiting for the elevator. Despite knowing the exact time and place of the incident, the management refused to show us the surveillance footage. Instead, they told us we would need to sue them to see the camera footage! Their dismissive attitude and complete lack of support were appalling. They didn't care about our situation at all, leaving us feeling helpless and frustrated. If you value your safety and your belongings, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. My phone was stolen right on the premises when I was waiting for the elevator inside the hotel, and when I reported it to the management, they refused to show me the surveillance footage despite knowing the exact time and location of the incident. I asked for compensation, but they said they needed to verify it on camera first. Conveniently, they never showed me the footage. They said I need to sue them to be able to see the camera!!! The management was completely unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. Their lack of support and transparency is appalling. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your safety and belongings.
