My wife and I spent 3 nights here in a luxury king room. We thought the place was great and would definitely stay again. The hotel is located in the Nord neighborhood which is one of the nicer areas of Bogota. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a good brewpub (Cerveceria Gigantes). The Sofitel is located next to the Four Seasons Bogota. The hotel is very quiet with most guests staying there for business. Even though it’s fairly large (100 rooms or so is my guess) it feels like a boutique hotel. The room was spacious with a huge bed and nice bathroom. WiFi worked well and we got several English news channels. We had breakfast each morning and dinner one night. The restaurant is very good. Employees were friendly and always helpful. We used their car service to the airport and the cost was the same as we paid for an official taxi for our incoming ride. We should have used it a few more times as we had some problems with Uber. Highly recommended.

A very classic hotel where the staff make hospitality and a memorable stay a top priority. Maybe it’s because I am an Accor gold member or maybe they do this for everyone, but we got so many differently little treats when we checked in. Fresh local fruit in our rooms, macarons, and cocoa tea. It truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and I loved how big the shower was. Also the bed! OMG this bed was so plush and cozy. And the sheets felt soft and premium. Made it hard to get out of bed each morning. Also, I really appreciated having a Bluetooth Bose speaker in my room to play music on. Definitely a top stay IMHO.

The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. We stayed with my boyfriend for two days in the hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The staff in particular is thoughtul and pays attention to details. I like to mention the concierge Camilo, always smiling, dynamic with a genuine sense of service. Jhon from the breakfast was also very careful with us. And of course a great thank you to Laura Salamenca, part of the Guest relation team, who made our stay even more memorable.

Creo que lo único para mejorar es que se trataba de varias reservas en simultáneo de la misma compañía y desde el hotel eligieron 3 cuartos contiguos. Creo que en adelante, en esas situaciones deberían cuidar más la privacidad de sus pasajeros y no ponerlos en cuartos contiguos, por sobre todo cuando se trata de viajeros de negocios.
