I had an incredible stay ! The hotel was beautiful, with spotless rooms and excellent amenities, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service. Emma went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable—her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care were unmatched. She made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t thank Emma enough for her exceptional hospitality!

The facilities and service are very high quality, a fun pool and a good location. The breakfast is good and the staff is considerate of everything you need and takes care of everything for you and gives you a good welcome! High level of cleanliness

Talking about service, this place is beyond 5 stars. Great room great place great time here. Shoutout to the manager in VISTA RESTAURANT by the nametag VISHAL, he was superb. He was reccomending places like tambu and beaches to go to. His service deserve to be notice. He deserve a promotion! Hardworking and dedicated. My kids loved him. Super attentive. You want a great stay? You want top notch service? Avista Hideaway Patong is the place to be.

The hotel was very good and staffs were also very sweet and friendly especially Emmy who was very kind enough to arrange a special room and surprise for our honeymoon for us on a very small notice and food was also very good and swimming pool area was also great
