Check in took more than a hour. They couldn’t find my reservation. Than I had to cancel and make a new one. But that time the cost of the reservation increased. At the beginning they didn’t charged that amount but after that they asked to charged again. Its a funny situation for a hotel which says they provide high quality service. Everything starts with check in the first impression is so important especially after a 20 hour travel.
