Idyllic Family Hotel

Brilliant hotel, particularly for children. Set up on a hill with breathtaking views of Patong beach, the staff and facilities are wonderful. From the family room with bunk beds (as a family of 5 it is hard to find a hotel that will accommodate us all in one room), the fantastic buffet breakfast with all tastes catered to, the exceptional tours team and the entertainment team. Our children aged 12, 10 and 6 enjoyed the 3 pools (one is a designated children’s pool with volleyball and basketball nets), the foam party, cooking and art activities, as well as the kids club for our youngest. Plenty of time to relax as a couple while they were busy. Don’t be put off by the hill, there is a shuttle up and down, but I used it as an excuse to work off all the curries! Great spa and the gym has enough to get a good cardio or functional training session in at any time of day. Special mention to Tok, Four, Run, Beat, Bank, Pang and Run for making our stay such a memorable one.

Our whole experience here was amazing. We recommend staying here. Love it ❤️

I wholeheartedly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and kept clean throughout the whole day. The staff are friendly and couldn’t do more to help and please us. The best thing about our stay here was the kids party that was held twice a week. The team Tok, Beat, Pang, Bank, Few, Four and Tesa were totally awesome!! They made my children feel welcome, safe, excited and happy. They organised a party that my children would never forget. There were games a pool foam machine and prizes that could be won. I could not recommend this enough. Thank you to the team for making my children’s stay here one they will never forget and our stay here five stars. We will be coming back.

Tolles Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Traumhafte Aussicht, ich denke von allen Zimmern, auf den Strand und das Meer, was will man mehr. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, da kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen vom frisch gemachten Omelette angefangen, frische Säfte, genug Auswahl an Beilagen zum Omelette. Süße Teilchen ohne Ende - sogar ein Schokoladenbrunnen steht auf dem Frühstücksbuffet. Genug an Obst wie Mango, Melone als auch Joghurts, Müsli uvam. Wer da nicht satt wird ist selbst schuld. Wir danken auch das Hotel und allen Angestellten, unter anderem Frankie, die uns unterstützt haben als es meinem Mann zwecks einer Magen-/Darmverstimmung nicht sehr gut ging. Sie haben alles getan uns zu unterstützen und Hilfe zu holen, das wünscht man sich auch von einem Hotel. Wir sind deshalb sehr dankbar und wir werden auch bestimmt wiederkommen.
