Clean and super friendly but lacking lifts

Staff exstra friendly, roommate excent service, she was the best and so frienfly, room was always the cleanest possible. But Sooo many stairs and no lift, geco in the room and staff would need to make sure that after 10 or 11 pm there should be silence to be able to rest and sleep. But overall nice.

Beautiful room with an amazing sea view. The hotel amenities are superb. Free pickup and drop to jungceylon mall is a great help. The swimming pools are excellent. The restaurants are great. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but its a great spread Overall worth every penny.

+: good room with nice view, helpful and attentive staff, pools on different levels, the sea is nearby, sandy beach, kids room, kids activities outside, the atm in the reception -: not careful room clean ups, upwalks to reception from the road
