Dear Chatnalin_Iris, Thank you once more for taking the time to share your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it can be to misplace a valuable item. Please be assured that guest safety and security are our top priorities. Following your report, we conducted a thorough internal investigation. Our housekeeping team followed standard check-out inspection procedures, and at the time of cleaning, no AirPods were found in the room. As you had concerns regarding the possible location of the item, you decided to involve the local authorities. We have fully cooperated with the police and provided all necessary assistance during their investigation. While we understand your frustration, we must emphasize that there is no evidence to support the claim that the item was taken by our staff. We are committed to transparency and fairness, and we will continue to support the investigation should further information come to light.
