I stayed in the hotel from 28-30 Oct 24. The check on was quick Faii at the reception explained in detail all the facilities available. She helped me with photocopying my airticket. Found her very efficient. Tar manning the travel desk too was very helpful arranging a taxi for me to tiur Phuket and to drop me at the airport on 30 Oct. Also met Mr.Farouq the GM of the hotel. A friendly person. I would credit him for his staff's efficiency and managing the hotel. The twin room was a bit small and cramped for space but was ok for a solo person and taking into oacciunt ither aspects. Had a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Ideally located with a 5 mins walk to Patong beach, 15 minutes to the happening and noisy place Bangla Road. The breakfast too was good. Overall

This hotel is great for the location from the beach (5min walk) and there are restaurants nearby. The room was neat and clean. It is an hour from the airport, so one should plan ahead for this. There is a swimming pool and restaurant in the hotel. WiFi is good.

Good hotel but staff need to be more professional

The hotel is good and in good location but the staff are rude specialty house keeping , the bed smells bad and we ask them to solve the problem and nothing , swimming pool is good and the view is nice from the balcony I like the hotel but staff need to be more professional

Enjoyed my stay ! Met P Wan and P Fai during check-in, they gave warm smile upon arrival ! They gave me details information during check-in, The room is beautiful, location was great not too crowded but still easy to go to Bangla road if you would like to see night life here ! The food was yummy ! Recommend for young people who looking for backpackers!

The food is so nice, and the staffs are all approachable mostly Ms. Aww. We enjoyed eating here. She assisted us about the menus and served it on a timely manner. The IceCream is so good, so refreshing as well, we will comeback for more. Looking forward to our next food
