I booked half board sea view but unfortunately far away the sea view might be 5 K.M away . Don’t bother yourself to book for half board like me even Water will charge you ! Why ! !!! Seriously bad service in the restaurant avista ! I’m staying in 1104 now and the manager is absolutely not there ,

I’ve just returned to Manchester after a two-week solo stay at Avista Hideaway, and all I can say is… WOW. This hotel is absolutely stunning; from the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. I stayed in Room 1007, which was simply outstanding. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great variety of options, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like the beach bag, pool slippers, bathrobe, and indoor slippers—all complimentary and available for use throughout my stay. Such a lovely touch! The hotel itself is large and beautifully designed. I’ll admit I got a little lost during the first few days, but there are plenty of signs around to help, and the buggy service made it super easy to get around. A huge thank you to the wonderful housekeeping team, who cleaned my room daily—always with a smile. You made my stay so comfortable and pleasant. Big shout-out to Kiran, IT, and Mai at the main pool bar—you were a highlight of my stay! Always so friendly and welcoming, and you made the best cocktails. You truly made my poolside time feel relaxing and special. I dined several times at the Vista Restaurant, for both breakfast & dinner and the food was incredible. A special thank you to Bob, Rin, Tam, chompoo, Sonya and Bella for your fantastic recommendations and attentive service. Rooms Manager Matt deserves a mention too—always at the front desk with a smile, checking in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed; his presence really made a difference. And last but not least, a big thank you to Chef Arun he was such a genuine and lovely person who made me the best poached eggs every morning. Assistant Manager Abhi was also amazing and made my mornings at breakfast so enjoyable. You all brought so much warmth and positivity every day. I’ve travelled a lot, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I even met some lovely fellow travellers from Australia, New Zealand, Romania & Spain such a kind and friendly bunch! I truly can’t wait to return. Thank you again to every single member of the Avista team—you are all exceptional at what you do. You made my stay unforgettable.

I requested a room and I did not receive it as I requested but thanks to Elia he moved us to the room we want The hotel is amazing the staff is good and thanks to the front office team The food at the restaurant was very nice and we will be back soon again

This is such a beautiful hotel. My room was exactly as expected from photos. You can't beat the views. The pools are unreal. I had to keep pinching myself to make sure it was real. The staff are very helpful and kind. There is a bit of a language barrier even though everyone speaks English. It's much easier if you charge things to your room than trying to pay cash. The hotel breakfast buffet is huge!!! And delicious! They have anything you can imagine. For sure worth the money. The prices on drinks are high for the area but the view from the rooftop bar is great. The Michelin star Indian restaurant on the roof is a must try. They served the tastiest passion fruit jalapeño welcome drink. We did end up having a bit of a misunderstanding about the final bill when checking out but they took care of everything. In the end it was figured out. Over all you can't beat the views and kind staff and the quality of the rooms and pools which you will spend a lot of time in because of the heat. I went for my birthday and the hotel surprised me on the day with a towel cake tower and rose petals on the bed with Happy Birthday spelled out in colorful popsicle sticks. Also a real piece of cake. :) It was the sweetest surprise. Very happy with my stay here.

Great expetience with Muay Thai class

I barely post any feedback online, but came here to say that we had a great muay thai class included in the hotel stay package. We had a private training run by Dun and Khun Lit, and they did fantastic. I'd recommend it even for beginners as me. It was fun and a good exercise as well.
