It was my third time staying at the hotel. We had a beautiful sea view room - it’s completely worth it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful - it makes a huge difference which makes you want to come back to the hotel. The service and food was excellent!

A lovely hotel with the most friendliest staff especially Arthur he couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Great location, short walk to the beach able to walk to the hussle and bussle if you would like ( great experience) or a couple of mins taxi ride. So much to do close by We booked for 2 adults 2 children 14 &12 , room quite small had king size bed with a small sofa bed for one. Had to share king bed with 3 people.

All staff were friendly, helpful, playful, excited and happy. The location of the resort is beautiful and is a calm desperation from the rest of Pa Tong. The room was very nice, A/C very strong with 6 free 500ml water bottles. Value is good. Overall, cleanliness of the resort is very good, with amenities being good aswell.

We had great stay at Novotel Patong, from staff, service to spa and amenities, everything was perfect! Special thanks to Arthur at the pool bar who served us our drinks and food at pool everyday, always smiling and being very polite. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the food at the restaurant excellent, we have a dream stay in Phuket! The architecture of the hotel is Thai traditional, a lot of green spaces, not crowded at the pool, or at breakfast, even if we travelled in peak season.
