People are genuinely v happy working there, it’s great to see familiar faces which we recognise so many of them ;) ty Novotel for being this big family to us, always feel welcome with Baw’s and friends sincere smiles. Also with special thanks to Frankie for your great service and for brining big smiles to my girls up with Novotel’s iconic elephant! We always look forward to Kids’ cooking lesson with yr executive chef Som Sak !! Great location, great service and great people working together ;) May u attract many good people to yr Hotel! Food is great too!

W hotelu doszło do kradzieży plecaka mojej koleżanki. Obsługa odzyskała plecak, ale zażądano 1.300,00 PLN za przesyłkę do Polski. Rozumiem, że plecak został skradziony przez pracownika. Plecak miał cenną zawartość, a nie poinformowano mojej koleżanki, czy plecak jest nienaruszony. Hotel nie zadbał o gościa na najwyższym poziomie, nawet na podstawowym. I jeszcze żąda tak dużej opłaty za przesyłkę.

The loveliest staff; always so helpful, cute and kind. The best location; especially if you want gorgeous views, sunsets and sunrises, and still closeness to the beautiful Patong Beach and olso to the hustle and the bustle that Patong offers. And when staying here you can still get a quiet, comfortable good night sleep. The the most delicious foods and beverages; the tastes and varieties was many and they were good ones! Comfortable room; big bed, nice sofa, complementary fruits and snacks was very nice and not expected, ok bathroom but unfortunately I found the water in the shower to be to cold for my liking. Cleanliness in room and other hotel areas was great!

I stayed at Novotel Phuket Resort for 3 nights after attending a fitness retreat, and it was the perfect way to wrap up my time in Thailand. The views from my room of Patong Beach and the Andaman Sea were absolutely stunning — I could’ve stayed on that balcony all day. The staff were incredible — warm, funny, and always ready to help. Every encounter felt genuine, and I had a lot of fun interacting with them. The breakfast buffet was excellent too, with plenty of delicious options and great service to match. The team’s positive energy even inspired me to create a few cartoon-style posters capturing my favorite moments at the hotel — that’s how memorable they made my stay! Would I stay again? Absolutely. Between the views, the food, and the people, Novotel Phuket Resort isn’t just a hotel — it’s a slice of paradise with personality.
