ホテルの外観や内装、雰囲気及びサービス全てにおいて感動いたしました。全体的に高級感があり、非日常感に浸ることができ満足な休暇となりました。一方、いくつか気になる点もあります。一点目ですが、部屋の全ての床が水に濡れるとヌルヌルに感じられました。シャワールームだけではなくベッドルームもヌルヌルになるのがかなり気になります。二点目は、Sizzle roof top での食事料金が、メニューから想定していた3倍くらいの金額だったのが英語が特に得意ではない私たちには疑問でした。何か注釈があったのか？わたしたちの計算ミスなのか？少し理解に苦しむ料金でした。以上2点以外は完璧で満足しております。

初日に入室してみると部屋の広さやプールなど素晴らしいロケーションでした。 スタッフの方も優しく過ごしやすかったです。 一つだけ残念だったのが、バスタブにホコリや虫の死骸、滑り汚れがあり清掃の不十分さが見受けられます。 湯船に入るのがとても好きなので残念でした。 しかし総じて過ごしやすかったです。ありがとうございました。

リバーサイドプールアクセスルームに滞在。 他の棟のお客様が部屋の前のビーチベットを占拠している事があった。 SNSのために写真撮影に夢中で、自分の部屋の前のビーチベットや使えなくて困っている宿泊者もいた。 他の部屋の宿泊者がビーチベット自由に使えるならプールアクセスは意味がないのではないか？と思った。 宿泊者数に対してベットの数が少なすぎるために起こるのではないか？
